At Auto Pets Feeder, we offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to return your items within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition, with tags still attached and in the original packaging. A proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required to process the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend that you inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you discover any damage, defects, or if the wrong item was delivered, please reach out to us right away so we can quickly resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned if you simply change your mind. These exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page. If you have any questions about a specific item, feel free to contact us. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend starting with a return of the original product. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
